Borrowing & Return

Borrowing Books

• All Patrons (Staff, Undergraduate and Postgraduate students) MUST register with the library prior to borrowing
• Borrowing is done electronically through the KOHA system
• Undergraduate students can borrow 2 books for a period of two weeks
• Postgraduate students can borrow 2 books for of two weeks
• Staff can borrow 4 books for a period of one month

• Books on great demand (Closed Access) can be borrowed on short loan for 4 hours only and used within the library premises

   

Returning Books

• Patrons are expected to return borrowed books on or before the due date
