Information Literacy
The Faculty of Health sciences library conducts a numerous information literacy session for students at undergraduate and master’s level as well as to the faculty staff. The training covers:
- Differentiating between primary, secondary and tertiary information sources
- Identifying places where to find scholarly information
- online medical databases,
- Understanding different searching techniques used in searching online databases,
- Evaluating information sources
- Understanding the use of reference management software like Mendeley, Endnote and Zotero.
